Everyone! The Tri-Cities Arts & Athletics Showcase is designed for individuals and families of all ages. While many participating programs serve children and teens, you'll also find opportunities for adults. Come explore for yourself, your children, or the whole family.
No. The Tri-Cities Arts & Athletics Showcase is free to attend.
No. Visitors are welcome to stop by and explore the Showcase during event hours. No advance registration is required.
The lineup varies from Showcase to Showcase, but you may discover dance, theatre, music, sports, martial arts, gymnastics, fitness, recreation, outdoor programs, clubs, and more. Participating organizations will be announced as each event approaches.
Yes! Live performances and demonstrations are an important part of the Showcase and give you a chance to see local programs in action. A schedule will be shared closer to each event.
Sometimes! Some organizations may offer hands-on activities or opportunities to try something for yourself. These experiences vary by participant and by event.

BEFORE YOU PARTICIPATE
Participation is $50 per organization and includes one booth space, one table, and two chairs. Additional space may be available for an additional fee. There is no additional cost to participate in the performance or demonstration schedule.
Your booth space provides a dedicated place to connect with visitors, display information, answer questions, and introduce your programs and activities. One table and two chairs are provided with each standard booth space.
Absolutely! Performances and demonstrations are optional, but they're a great way to let visitors see your program in action. There is no additional cost to participate in the performance or demonstration schedule. Simply let us know during registration if you're interested and provide details about what you'd like to showcase. Performance and demonstration times are scheduled based on availability and the needs of the event.
Absolutely! Interactive activities are encouraged when they’re a good fit for your program. Giving visitors a chance to try something for themselves can be a great way to introduce what you offer and create a memorable connection. Activities should be safe, appropriate for the event space, and manageable within your booth area.
Yes! Businesses are welcome when what they offer aligns with the purpose of the Showcase. We’re looking for businesses and organizations that offer classes, teams, memberships, clubs, programs, activities, or other opportunities for people to participate and get involved.
The Showcase is not intended for businesses whose primary purpose at the event would be selling products or services.
Programs for all ages are welcome! The Showcase is designed to connect the community with opportunities for children, teens, adults, and families. Your program does not need to serve every age group—if you offer an activity, class, team, or program for any age, there may be a place for you at the Showcase.
